Ad Inifinitum”, 2016. Watercolor and graphite on Arches Cold Press paper. 22"x30" - SOLD

Ad Infinitum explores the aesthetic properties of the human subject’s relationship with the natural external world, focusing on the intricate and complex qualities of abstraction that occur in aquatic eddies and ripples. By deftly integrating the figure with its background, the human subject is illustrated as being simultaneously distinct from and intrinsically tied to one’s natural environment.
