Dermalogica Holiday 2026 / CREATIVE DIRECTION
DERMALOGICA: GIFT ICONIC EXPERTISE
Creative directed Dermalogica's 2026 global holiday campaign, evolving the brand's seasonal creative direction through premium, art-directed product photography and immersive visual worlds. Built around the platform "Gift Iconic Expertise," the campaign elevates holiday gifting while reinforcing Dermalogica's professional skin treatment expertise.
Led the campaign from strategy and concept through global execution across packaging, campaign identity, photography, motion, social, eCommerce, PDPs, retail, visual merchandising, and retailer-exclusive launches for Sephora and Ulta. Established Dermalogica's most expansive holiday asset ecosystem to date, creating a true 360° global campaign.
Results: Launching globally Fall 2026.
PACKAGING + PHOTOGRAPHY
Holiday 2026 was my first project at Dermalogica and an opportunity to rethink how the brand approached seasonal packaging. Moving beyond the flat graphic artwork and 3D rendered imagery the brand has traditionally used for holiday, I pushed for practical photography—partnering with a photographer and stylist to build highly stylized scenes with impactful lighting, textures, and effects by hand.
The result brought a more artistic, tactile quality to the packaging while creating a visual world that could extend seamlessly across the broader campaign.
CAMPAIGN MOTION
For tease, reveal, and launch, we used CGI to extend the campaign world beyond still photography—bringing the holiday environments to life through movement, scale, and transformation. Each piece was designed as part of a connected social rollout, building anticipation before revealing the full collection.
SOCIAL + DIGITAL CONTENT
Beyond the hero campaign assets, we expanded the visual world through a library of playful, hand-built stop motion and GIFs for social, eCommerce, PDPs, and digital.
Mixing tactile, handmade techniques with both traditional photography and CGI allowed us to create varied content around the needs of each channel rather than relying on a single production approach.
